Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Walls and Floors have provided us with excellent service, we ordered three sample tiles and delivery was swift. We then purchased our wood effect tiles at a very reasonable price after looking for them everywhere! Again delivery was made on our chosen date with on problems at all. Was a little dubious about buying online but needn't have worried at all, tiles are gorgeous and have exceeded my expectations. Will recommend to all my friends.
Used the sample service for this tile. Did not choose this one, went for the teak one. However, thought the tile was an excellent one, good size. Excellent delivery service took 2 days for sample to arrive. Think this company have got it right and will use again. Thanks
