Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).

Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Tiles were just what I hoped they would be. I wanted a wood floor but due to where it was being laid it needed to be tiled. Quality so much better than can be found in run of the mill industrial outlets, even fooled the delivery man who thought we have been supplied wood in error. A great product.
The whole process from ordering to delivery has been excellent. Tiles were an excellent price. Good quality and are exactly what I imagined. I did use the sample service which was so good as it made the choice of colour of tile easier for me. Floor due to be put down shortly, really excited.
Arrived the day stated and arrived well wrapped and none of the tiles were damaged. Delivery was made easy as firm contacted one hour before arrival.
