Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Had problem with first tiler - he said tiles kept breaking. Second tiler has no problem fitting. Think they look great, especially against black glass units!!
The tiles look absolutely stunning, I have created a border around black gloss tiles, it has given it an art deco effect, beautiful, I am really pleased with the dramatic effect.

I was left wondering a little about how long the sample would take to arrive, which took longer than I would of expected as the sample not only is a sample of the merchandise but also a sample of service and delivery, however once I had received the sample and placed the order, the order arrived on the day that they were expected, packaged securely with no breakages, although they have not been installed yet, they are exactly what I wanted with no issues whatsoever – can’t ask for more.
