BAL Grey Single Part Fastflex is a highly flexible one-part elastomeric tile adhesive for floors. It has all the product benefits and uses of the 2-part Fast Flex system with the added benefits of being an easier to mix single part solution, can be used to improve tiled floor sound reduction and also has new.

Rubber-like flexibility: Elastomeric, Fast setting – grout after 5 hours, Highly frost / water resistant. Average coverage of this product is up to approx. 6.5sqm depending on the trowel used. For tiling subject to movement / vibration, use as isolating, anti-fracture underlay for ceramic tiles, suitable for most tile types including porcelain, 'Go greener' eco-friendly product - use of over 10% of powder using recycled rubber filler.

Use for: Most types of WALL and FLOOR tiles including:Ceramics. Porcelain and fully vitrified tiles, Mosaics, Natural Stone including marble, Slate

Most substrates including: Asphalt (suitable grade e.g. flooring), Concrete, cement:sand screeds and rendering. Existing vinyl tiles, unglazed ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, terrazzo and natural stone. Fibre reinforced cement boards and lightweight tile backer boards. Tongued and grooved floorboards, Underfloor heating.

Other substrates that may be suitable include: Single layers of chip / ply, floating timber floors, Steel, GRP, Epoxy coatings and glazed tiles.

Interior and exterior floors / dry and wet environments.

Typical Coverage: Approximately 4.3m2 - 6.5m2 per bag.

Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.

Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.

For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Brilliant floor adhesive, wouldn't use anything else on ceramic or porcelain floor tiles, plenty of flex, easy mix, easy clean, good drying times. W& offer good price and great delivery service, would recommend.
