Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

I'm really happy with how this tile looks in my bathroom. The walls are only 1.70 m wide but with this tile used horizontally the room looks bigger. Delivery was prompt and without problem. Of the 150 or so tiles I ordered, a couple were damaged on receipt but I was aware that this could happen. Anyway, as the bloke who fitted my bathroom pointed out, the broken tiles could still be used for the ends of walls. I would definitely buy from this site again.
