Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Excellent tiles, service, price and delivery, only wish i had ordered the adhesive, which is also a very good price. The website is excellent to, the design and colour of the tiles you see you get. No breakages in transit. I will be ordering more this year.
The tiles arrived on time and were packed very well. We are very pleased with them and when our bathroom is refurbished in January we are sure they will look wonderful.
My tiles arrived on the date specified, on a pallet and very well packaged. We are half way through tiling the bathroom and it looks fantastic so far. There were no broken tiles and I will use this company again when I buy my next property project.
