Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

I wasn't sure about these but after the sample arrived very quickly the picture and colour on the website is actually a really good reflection of the actual thing so I ordered enough for my kitchen. They arrived exactly when I was advised they would, very courteous and helpful delivery driver and the tiles look superb.
I ordered these tiles on the Monday and They were delivered on the Wednesday. Very well priced and excellent service.
I placed my order on Sunday and received my tiles on the stated date which was the Wednesday. Tiles arrived well pack on pallet and none were broken. I wasn't sure about buying tiles online but would recommend this company. Very pleased with my tiles and the weekend I ordered my tiles there was free delivery which was a bonus.
