Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

We order tiles, after asking for a sample which we approved, they delivered tiles in good time and at the right time and in good condition. Everything good.
The tiles arrived on time and in great condition... No damages. In a local store a salesman showed me the difference between a cheap tile and a 'proper one' and I was impressed. When these tiles arrived they were identical to the 'proper' in every way... Except they were 55% cheaper... Stunning!
This was my first purchase with wallsandfloors.co.uk and I ordered 18 boxes of the cream Metro Victorian. The cost was nearly 40% cheaper than local retailers who also did not have any where near the range available. Delivery happened as requested and tiles arrived in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.
Fab tiles ideal for my new kitchen. Lovely creamy colour which works well with any colour scheme. Great service none of the tiles were broken.
Just received my delivery this week of cream Metro Victorian tiles along with adhesive, trims and grout. Bought the tiles following receiving a sample. Great tiles at a great price. Less than half the price of my local tile supplier. Great result. Would recommend anyone to purchase online from Walls and Floors.
