Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Excellent service, really pleased with the colour just what we were looking for and for a 3rd of the price. Delivered on specified day would definitely use again.
Tiles and service excellent, but we had to wash every single one of the Lime House tiles, which were covered in a white dust. I've noticed other customers have commented on this and am curious as to what it might be.
Both the pistachio tile and white tile were delivered when specified, service is excellent, the delivery driver very efficient, 3 tiles were slightly chipped but this caused no problem. Product quality excellent.
Both the samples and the subsequent order were delivered on the advised date The only problem was that 15 tiles had been damaged in transit, however after an e-mail to John FOC replacements are on their way. I found the service and quality of product excellent.
I was pleasantly surprised at the fast delivery I received on the samples you sent me, I will be ordering one of them in the new year. Thank you.
