Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

Excellent prompt service. Cannot fault the supplier. Ordered a sample only to check colour. Comes up a more orangy red rather than the brilliant red as it appears on the screen. I should think it's impossible for the suppliers to correct this as everyone's screens are setup slightly differently.
Really nice tile - look fantastic! - I've given them 4 stars though, as I ordered green, blue and orange tiles in the same design to create a rainbow stripe effect around my bathroom. For some reason the red tiles were marginally wider than the other colours, so I had to opt for a single block of colour on each wall instead as they didn't quite match up (which still looks great by the way!)
Excellent tile, cuts well also. Good prompt service.
