Orders and tile Samples are delivered to UK Mainland addresses only and all delivery prices below are fixed (ex. VAT), regardless of volume.
Please note - Deliveries to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland areas, can take between 3-5 working days and will incur an additional £30 delivery surcharge on orders under £500 (inc. VAT).
Rubi Tools delivery is charged at £4.95 per single item. If you require a delivery to a Non Mainland UK address, please contact us, prior to your order. |
Orders are delivered by various means, usually by Tail lift vehicle. Due to insurance and health and safety regulations we are unable to transport goods into a property.
Ninety five percent of our deliveries will arrive on a pallet and will be delivered to the nearest accessible location by mutual agreement.
For multiple or mixed items the normal delivery charge will apply.

I've only had a sample to try colour-matching an existing set. The single tile arrived quickly and survived the post and to be honest with how well it was wrapped would have survived a war in the trenches! Was a beautiful tile, it didn't match but that's the nature of trying to match screen to real life. The size however was perfect. Would definitely recommend wallsandfloors so far.
I'm thrilled with the overall effect, especially with white grouting. Very elegant. The staff was also helpful in telephone queries. I underestimated the amount of tiles I needed so while the initial order was very reasonably priced, I had to order an additional box by express mail (so the builders could finish the job while they were on site) which was quite expensive. My advice: order a bit more than you need above and beyond the 10% recommended when you order online.
