Natural Terracotta Tiles

A textured finish terracotta tile in a traditional light terracotta colour. Terracotta tiles need sealing and polishing during the fixing/fitting process, we recommend HG Impregnating Sealer to seal the tiles, and HG Cotto Wax Natural or HG Cotto Wax Marron to polish the tiles. Cotto Wax Marron will give a slightly darker finish than the Cotto Wax Natural.

A handmade tile with good variations of colour from brick red through to blushes of yellow flaming, Tierra del Fuego has a very attractive, fairly smooth hand finished surfaced. For a much more rustic finish the tiles can be laid upside down; the surface is slightly pitted giving the appearance of a centuries old floor.
