We try our best to ensure we keep our prices low, however if you find any comparable product cheaper elsewhere we will beat the competitor price by 5%.

It would be great if we can know the following ;

Your name and a contact phone number

• Your claim to be supported by a written quotation from a UK based retailer or by a current published price list.
• Your claim to be inclusive of VAT and Delivery, and this will be compared against our price inclusive of Vat and Delivery.
• The product(s) must be comparable in style, quality and structure if unbranded and agreed by us as being comparable for the Price promise to be applicable. No problem on branded products, as name and model number will suffice.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The price promise exists only on quoted products, we cannot consider products already purchased either from Walls and Floors, or one of our competitors, so we will be unable to enter into any retrospective settlement on bought products.

We reserve the right, to not enter into any agreement with a customer to sell or agree into giving any additional discount as originally stated.
