My last order unfortunately arrived broken, but with one call (yesterday afternoon) nothing was a problem and the new tiles have arrived this morning which means there is no delay with my kitchen being finished. Thank you very much for your prompt delivery, tiles arrived this morning 2 days after placing order. Excellent price (40% less than my local tile showroom for the same tiles) and reasonable priced delivery too. I won't hesitate to use you again.

Excellent customer experience - order placed Sunday 30th and delivered Tuesday before 1pm. Delivery also excellent, helpful and cheerful driver. Products of expeceted high quality and well packaged. I asked the driver about the logistices of getting my order from Kettering to North Northumberland in such good time and was very impressed at both his knowledge and the processes.
