We love bathrooms with a coastal scheme, because bathrooms are supposed to be relaxing, and there's nothing more relaxing than being beside the sea! A mix of cool whites, greys and pale blues, with rope drawer handles and woven wicker baskets, this bathroom undeniably casts your mind away to some coast-side harbour town!

The beauty of white tiles

For her refreshing white backdrop, Amie used our  Satin White 40x20 Wall Tiles. Made from ceramic, they're perfect for transforming wall spaces throughout the home!

White tiles make a room seem brighter and larger, so they are particularly useful in pokier areas will little natural light. They also go beautifully with any colour scheme - so if Amie ever fancied chopping and changing her accessories around, she'd have no issues!

Patterned perfection

On the bathroom floor, our Ledbury Powder Blue Tiles create a striking feature; guaranteed to catch the eye of Amie's family and guests as they step into the room.

These tiles are actually inspired by the traditional encaustic tiles of yesteryear - where coloured clay cuttings were pressed onto a cement base. Encaustic tiles would be found in most Victorian homes of stature, so they're usually used when creating a throwback period look. But here, because of their delicate pale blue hue, our Ledbury Tiles work beautiful with this fresh coastal scheme.
