Sales and Customer Service Advisor
Objective:
To liaise with customers, taking and placing orders and supporting with Sales and Service queries.
To delight our Customers with 5* Customer Service
To work alongside our co-workers/colleagues to deliver the best service whilst supporting each other in
achieving this, ensuring the Customer and the Organisation are at the centre of decision-making.
Main Duties:
• To answer customer enquiries via telephone, email and online web chat.
• To have the ability to deal with a range of customer types from B2C and B2B
• To proactively maximise the customer basket ensuring they have all the materials necessary to complete their project.
• Process customer orders, sample orders, replacement orders, returns and refunds.
• Build and develop relationships with all internal and external Departments ensuring that excellence in Customer Service is provided at all times.
• Maintain good customer communication ensuring the customer is well-informed at all stages of the customer journey.
• Liaise with internal and external couriers to ensure smooth delivery for our customers and inform them of any potential delays.
• Gain knowledge of all company products and services and be confident to communicate this information to customers. (Full Training provided)
• To ensure that appropriate Health & Safety standards are adhered to on an individual and collective Company basis.
• Take responsibility for self-development with support from management.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm
Occasional Saturdays, 9 am - 4 pm, for an enhanced rate of pay.
Starting wage is £23,795 with the opportunity to progress to £24,960
