Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

Objective:
To pick and pack ready for dispatch, customer tile orders
To undertake a wide range of warehouse duties including housekeeping.

Hours of work will be Sunday to Thursday, 21:00 – 05:30. Salary is £12.75/hour

Main Duties:
• To ensure that all picks are completed accurately and in line with KPI’s
• To quality check goods before picking for dispatch, ensure there is no damage, and nothing is missing
• To prepare the pick for dispatch to customers – palletise and shrink wrap according to company standards
• To take full ownership of workload, prioritise, organise and act to deliver solutions
• To keep the work environment clean and safe by good housekeeping and adhering to health and safety
regulations.
• Any reasonable duties requested by management

Skills:
• LLOP/MLOP

Internet Dept: Sales and Customer Service Advisor

Objective:
To liaise with customers, taking and placing orders and supporting with Sales and Service queries.
To delight our customers with 5* Customer Service
To work alongside our co-workers/colleagues to deliver the best service whilst supporting each other in achieving
this, ensuring the Customer and the Organisation are at the centre of decision making

Working hours Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays for an enhanced rate of pay.
Starting wage is £21,840 with the opportunity to progress to £24,675

Main Duties:
• Answer all incoming customer enquiries, via telephone, email, live chat and social media within
company SLAs.
• To have the ability to deal with a range of customer types from B2C and B2B
• Process main orders, sample orders, returns, replacements and refunds.
• Proactively contact customers who have order samples with us to help with their projects.
• Provide outstanding customer service during every customer interaction whilst representing the
company in a professional manner.
• Liaise with internal and external couriers to ensure smooth delivery for our customers and inform
them of any potential delays.
• Build and develop key relationships with all relevant departments within the business including
external Area Sales Managers, Accounts and Transport
• Create and manage all sales leads, quotes and follow up ensuring the customer have all they need
to complete the project.
• Ensure that appropriate Health and Safety standards are always maintained.
• Take a leading role in your own development and additional training.

Internet Dept – Retail Customer Service Adviser

Objective:
To liaise with customers, taking and placing orders and supporting with Sales and Service queries.
To delight our Customers with 5* Customer Service
To work alongside our co-workers/colleagues to deliver the best service whilst supporting each other in
achieving this, ensuring the Customer and the Organisation are at the centre of decision-making.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch break. Approx. 1 in 4 Saturdays at an
enhanced rate.
Starting wage is £21,840 with the opportunity to progress to £24,675.

Main Duties:
• To process Main orders and samples in System
• To support colleagues with general office routines.
• To process FOC damage replacement orders
• To process Returns, Refunds and Account Credits
• To cover all incoming phone lines
• To cover live web chat
• Respond to and action customer emails in Groove
• Proactively monitor and respond to any missed calls inside or outside of working hours
• To proactively upsell Company unique selling points/services and act upon any leads
• To monitor and assist in the control of direct Company costs in relation to service levels provided, keeping
down costs in line with Company guidelines
• To create, monitor and develop all possible sales leads
• To be knowledgeable in all Company products and services and to be confident to communicate this
information to Customers through voice, email, fax or written communication.
• To proactively support daily work routines in a controlled and organised way to ensure high levels of
Customer Service are achieved and Customer retention is maintained.
• To be a naturalsource of knowledge concerning all Company service standards and promote and support
the development and education of fellow co-workers.

Sales – Area Sales Manager – South-West

Objective:
Manage and develop the existing customer base of kitchen and bathroom centres, tile shops and builder merchants
etc. within your agreed geographical territory, whilst also developing new business, in order to achieve and exceed
sales and profit margin targets.

Current Area: South-West postcodes. BA, BH, DT, EX, GY, JE, PL, PO, SO, SP, TA, TQ, TR
Salary £36,750 (with commission/bonus scheme)

Main Duties:
• Visit existing Customers on a regular basis to develop strong relationships and understand their needs
and requirements.
• To seek appointments with potential Customers and follow through to conclusion
• To target 20 Customer/Prospect visits per week, a minimum of 16 visits should be achieved
• Visit reports to be filled in and submitted after every call.
• Merchandising requests to be made where appropriate.
• One admin day per month with prior agreement from Manager
• To assist Customer Services and Accounts with Customer disputes, ensuring that any special terms that
you have agreed have been authorised, communicated, and logged correctly.
• To communicate effectively with your Business Development Adviser in order that effective
appointments can be set up on your behalf.
