Return and Refund Policy

DAMAGES/INCORRECT DELIVERY


If you receive damaged tiles or you believe your order to be incorrect, please inform our Customer Service team within 2 working days of the delivery.

SURPLUS


Due to our low prices and fast stock turnover, we are unable to accept returns of any leftover products or items that fall outside of a full order cancellation.

CHANGE OF CHOICE


You have the right to cancel your order if you are unhappy with your selection within 14 days of the delivery date. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel an order, you will have 14 days from this date to return the order to us. Customers are responsible for arranging transport and insurance of the goods, and all returns must be sent in the original packaging to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receipt of the return. To request cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team.
