Firstly , The samples arrived very quickly and in a beautiful presentation box - giving a hint that the company really are proud and stand by the quality fo their product!! A great sign for placing an order - and I did!! The panels are such high quality!!! They are as solid as you would hope for and the wood is a lovely colour and texture. The felt is thick and solid and the panels are really sturdy (some others are a bit floppy and feel cheap - this does not!) They are packaged well and the delivery was on the date as stated, but it was just over an hour later than initially told - BUT - they kept me informed and contacted me three times to update - you can't ask for more that that! I would 100% order again and thanks for the great wall panels :)))

Fantastic wall panels and great customer service by Joshua, I initially ordered samples from the flexible range which wasn’t what I was looking for but didn’t realise. After speaking to Joshua he advised me that there was another range that was closer to what I was looking for. After sending me the link to that range he also arranged for sample cuts for each of the colours on offer to be sent out to me which arrived next day. Really good quality pieces at a good price with a great customer service team too. Highly recommend

Can these be cut to size because looking at the sizes, they seem to be a full wall panel nearly, I only want enough to cover half a chimney breast. Thank you Our Advice

Hi John, Our panels are very easy to cut yourself. For the slats, we recommend a regular hand saw and for the felt, a sharp stanley knife. Hi Kyle, We would not recommend installing panels in areas with high levels of moisture or where they may come into direct contact with water. We do however, have our Trepanel Aqua® range which may be better suited to your needs. Hi, I have had your sample arrive today, I am very happy with them. l plan on making a headboard with them, do the ends of the panels have the MDF showing or are they covered in the wood of your choosing? Thank you Our Advice

Good Afternoon Terri, Thank you for your query. Our Trepanel range features a wood veneer coating on all three sides so there's no need for a finishing strip on exposed edges. For the top of the panel, you can use a trim which would need to be the same width as the panel itself for a seamless finish. Many Thanks, Walls and Floors

Hi, do you do end panels? If not how do you recommend ending the panel if not butted up to the wall and finishing mid wall? Is it just a case of cutting off the excess backing?Our Advice

Hi Mark We do not sell end panels I am afraid. The MDF is fully veneered on all three sides so there should be no exposed edge, If you would like the pane to end mid-wall then you can cut the excess felt off to it ends with a wood last as opposed to felt. Kind Regards Walls and Floors
