Area Sales Manager - Wholesale

Covering areas: Greater London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Buckinghamshire, and Hertfordshire

Objective:
Manage and develop the existing customer base of kitchen and bathroom centers, tile shops and builder merchants
etc. within your agreed geographical territory, whilst also developing new business, in order to achieve and exceed
sales and profit margin targets.

Main Duties:

• Visit existing Customers on a regular basis to develop strong relationships and understand their needs and
  requirements
• To seek appointments with potential Customers and follow through to conclusion
• To target 20 Customer/Prospect visits per week, a minimum of 16 visits should be achieved
• Visit reports to be filled in and submitted after every call.
• Merchandising requests to be made where appropriate.
• One admin day per month with prior agreement from Manager
• To assist Customer Services and Accounts with Customer disputes, ensuring that any special terms that you have agreed have been authorised, communicated, and logged correctly.
• To communicate effectively with your Business Development Adviser in order that effective appointments can be set up on your behalf.

Marketing - Junior Photographer

Salary: £22,500 to £23,500 depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00
Location: Studio, Wilson Terrace, Kettering 

Description:
As the lifestyle and interiors industry continues to grow, we are looking to expand our studio team with an additional
Junior Photographer. We are looking for an inspiring individual who possesses the ability to work as part of a team
and a willingness to learn how to bring creative briefs to life and generate consistent & eye-catching images for our
growing company portfolio.

Main Duties: 

As part of the Studio Team, you will work closely with Creative and Buying teams based at our head office to ensure
lifestyle imagery is at a consistent high standard, prepared in a timely manner for new product launches throughout
the year.
Working in a fast paced, busy studio environment you will gain knowledge in both shooting and retouching
ecommerce and website photography, including any post-production work to meet business requirements. You will
need to work efficiently with our Studio Photographer, Set Builders and Studio Stylist to ensure all lifestyle briefs are
followed and meet the planned interior trend request.

Skills:

• Confident in all aspects of photography including camera settings and strobe lighting.
• Experience working with stylists and directing shoots is advantageous.
• Familiar with still life and product photography
• Confident in taking feedback and adapting to a given direction.
• Excellent Photoshop skills with relevant retouching experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
• Good attention to detail
• A passion for Interior trends
• Knowledge of processing RAW images
• Good eye for colour and exposure with an understanding of recreating accurate colour

Personal Attributes:

• 1 year's experience in a photography-based role or equivalent qualification
• A passion for photography
