A Guide to your Walls and Floors Delivery

Kerbside Delivery

Orders weighing over 15kg will be delivered on a pallet, using an 18T vehicle with a tailift. We offer a kerbside delivery service. Hazards such as grass, steep inclines and gravel will cause an obstruction to the pallet truck meaning the delivery will be made to the closest accessible location. Narrow roads and restricted access may cause a delay to the delivery. If you think a smaller vehicle is required to deliver your order, please notify us. Delivery dates are estimated, we will try our best to adhere to the delivery date you have chosen, however, circumstances outside of our control may affect this and we will always keep you up to date.

Please note:

Trims will be delivered separately via DPD due to their length.

The driver is not able to unpack the delivery, enter your property or take the pallet away.

Please ensure you check over your order and report any damages within 48 hours of the delivery being made.

Our deliveries can take place between 7am and 9pm, you will be made aware if your delivery is due to arrive after 6pm.

Wood Panel Delivery

The majority of our Trepanel Acoustic Wood Panel deliveries are made by our third-party courier service.

You will receive notifications via SMS and email with updates on the status of your delivery, including a driver phone call 30-60 minutes prior to delivery.

Please ensure the phone number you have provided is correct.

If there is nobody available at the property to sign for the delivery, you can request the driver to leave the goods safe, or with a neighbour. All deliveries left safe MUST be within a sheltered area, such as a porch or outbuilding.

If you wish to rearrange the delivery for an alternative day, you need to contact us by 4 pm, the day before delivery. If not, a redelivery fee may apply.

Please note:

If there is nowhere deemed safe to leave your delivery and if nobody is available at the property when the delivery is attempted, a £40 re-delivery fee will be charged before the delivery can be reattempted. This charge will increase in a surcharge area and will still be applicable if the order is cancelled for any reason on delivery day.

Next Day Delivery

We offer Next Working Day Delivery on orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday. Please be aware this is subject to postcode area, you will have the option to select 'Next Working Day' if this is available for your address.

Please note: If you're unavailable to receive your delivery on your selected day, we may charge a re-delivery fee.

Please Note: Due to the distance from our main warehouse some areas in Scotland will be subject to a Surcharge. This will be calculated at the checkout. Delivery can take between 3-5 working days.

Northern Ireland and Non-Mainland UK delivery costs will be calculated at the checkout

Paypal Orders

When ordering via PayPal, you will leave Walls and Floors.co.uk and the transaction will go through with your default PayPal address. Therefore, your required delivery address will need to be present and confirmed within your PayPal account. Please ensure you provide a telephone number so we can contact/text you updates on delivery status.
