Q & A

Ian20/04/25
can you get smaller sized tiles in the pattern and colour....? Our Advice

Hi Ian, These tiles are only currently produced in this size format I'm afraid. The only other wood effect tile which is smaller than this is our 'Bonsai' range which measure 400/442x80. I have linked these below for you: https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/search?q=bonsai Kind regards, Walls and Floors

Can these tiles be used for a wet room floor and shower floor? Our Advice

Hi Debbie, They have a high anti-slip grade of R10, which means these tiles can be used in a wet room/bathroom. Kind Regards, Wals and Floors.

Hannah29/10/24
Are these suitable for a wet room floor? Our Advice

Hi Hannah, We would not recommend this as these only have an anti-slip rating of R10. Our Muniellos Anti-Slip range would be most suited to your needs with their R11 slip rating. https://www.wallsandfloors.co.uk/catalogsearch/result/?q=Muniellos%20Anti-Slip Kind regards, Walls and Floors

Would these be cold underfoot when laid on a concrete floor in utility and adjoining shower room? I love them but husband is arguing for something warmer like a vinyl look alike. Help me persuade him!Our Advice

Hi Sue, Unfortunately, unless you have underfloor heating, all tiles will be cold underfoot. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

hi do these tiles have to go in herringbone style? or could they be laid brick style? Our Advice

Hi Jamie. You dont have to lay these in a Herringbone Pattern, this is just the most popular style with these tiles. You may lay them how you wish. Kind Regards, Walls and Floors.

Can this tile be used outside? Our Advice

Hi David, These tiles have an R10 anti-slip rating and are made of porcelain so they can be used outside. Kind Regards Walls and Floors

Julie flaherty29/10/22
