The product is ok but unfortunately very disappointed with the service. The company like many have kerb drop. However all the deliveries made by other companies have always been delivered and dropped off near the property as we don't have a kerb. The company own driver refused to drive into the property and just took two pallets off his lorry which parked in the middle of the road left it outside on the driveway of the property and drove away we called the company and got the same unsympathetic cold response. BEWARE they will not assist in anyway regardless what your situation is bear that in mind.

Finally found the perfect "Clean" wood look! We spent a long time searching for wood-effect tiles that didn't have heavy, distracting knots, visiting countless showrooms and browsing dozens of suppliers online. Walls and Floors was the only place we found this beautiful Madagascan Ipil Oak. The design is wonderful—it provides that warm, natural wood feel without being too 'busy.' The quality is excellent, and the porcelain specifications are perfect for our underfloor heating (UFH) system. Highly recommended if you want a high-end, clean timber aesthetic!"

Really beautiful wood effect tile. Used for lounge/dining room. Will also use in the kitchen when that’s done. Heavy sturdy tile for high traffic areas. Will last many years compared to laminate as have 4 dogs. Easy to clean. Not as cold as I thought as a thick tile. Preferred the wider tile of size of room. Delivered quickly on a date convenient to myself. Price very reasonable compared to other tile retailer. Definitely not disappointed & happy I went with this company.

Hi Adrain Yes, these tiles cna be used on the walls in a shower but we wouldn't recommend them as a floor in a shower as they don't have an anti-slip rating so we cannot confirm how safe they would be in a wetroom environment. Kind Regards Walls and Floor

Hi Vicky, These tiles are porcelain so can be used externally, but as they do not have a slip resistance rating, will provide minimal grip in wet conditions.
