Hi Chloe Although the tiles have a matt finish, they are glazed and can simply be wiped. However future cleaning can be aided, by giving them a coat of the LTP Grout And Tile Protector, which gives a repellent finish without altering the appearance of the tile. Hi Debbie, For the Metro tiles, we recommend an 8mm trim to cater for any cut tiles where the thickest point will be exposed.
