DESCRIPTION
A white coloured 24 hour standard setting flexible floor adhesive, suitable for ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles.
For fixing ceramic and porcelain floor and wall tiles, including mosaics, porcelain and vitrified tiles. This versatile adhesive can be used for fixing tiles onto timber panels, WPB plywood, waterproof composite boards and impermeable surfaces, such as existing tiles and powerfloated concrete.

30 Day Returns
Easy online 30-day returns. If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will refund any surplus tiles in their original boxes within 30 days of the date of delivery. You will have the right to return goods if you are not happy with your selection or change your mind.

30 Day Exchange
As well as our 30-day refunds and returns, we are proud to offer a 30-day exchange period. This means that you are still able to return any unwanted tiles back to us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a tile exchange. These tiles must be unused, uninstalled, in good condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges on adhesives and grouts, only tiles. We also do not accept exchanges on clearance and end-of-the-line job lot items.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS (1)
We have the BAL Tile & Grout available, which is suitable for ceramic wall tiling (not porcelain or natural stone) on tiles no larger than 300x300. If you are using larger tiles or any form of stone or porcelain, or floor tiling, we would recommend using the Standard Flex and a separate cement based grout:
