Great product and what I was looking for but the adhesive 3m strip on the back is very poor. Doesn’t stick in between the slats. Not sure why you have a great product with such poor adhesive. Spoke to customer service who didn’t really want to know and told me to go buy some no more nails. Not what you expect with the cost paid for them.

Been looking at getting these lights for a while But I didn't want to pay double the price for acupanel ones so I was very happy when walls and floors released their brand for half the price. I’m trying to cut my new LED lights to length. The YouTube videos suggest pulling off the backing and cutting at the marked lengths however there is nothing behind the backing on my lights. The only marks I can see that resemble cut points are on the side of the light and are in metre intervals. Surely there should be more cut points than this? Our Advice

How are the lights powered? Do they plug into a 240v plug?Our Advice

Each pack includes a driver and a power cord with a BS plug, allowing you to plug the lights directly into a wall socket. If I buy a pack of 2 led stripes, and 2 wired switches, can I use one switch to turn on/off each of the lights? Or can I only have the 2 strips on and off together with 1 switch?Our Advice

Hi Nuno, As one pack of 2 lights will only include 1x power driver, these will be controlled together. If you are looking to control these separately, you will need to purchase 2x Trepanel Bright® Wall Panel LED Strip Lights 2.4m Pack of 1 - ID: 802600 and 2x wired remotes. Hi, do these lights fit the multi-width Trepanels? I know its says they do in the description but I've ordered the samples and the gaps seem smaller on the multi-width panels as they measure 11-12mm. You have said on the previous question the light strips are 13mm, please could you confirm?Our Advice
