If you follow us on Facebook and twitter, you might have seen our #DeckTheHalls competition promoted throughout November and December. We asked you to send in before and after pics of your tiling projects. We received dozens of entries! The three lucky winners were announced here: #DeckTheHalls Competition Winners.

However, we loved all the entries so much, that we thought you deserved to see some of the others. So here are ten of our favourite interior transformations, from all the entries we received:

1) Hexagonal Splashback

I'm in love with Dave's hexagonal splashback! The simplest way to add character into a bathroom or kitchen is to create a splashback behind the sink. Dave used our Oriental Marble Hexagon Mosaic Tiles. They're made from natural marble.

2) Kitchen Floor Tiles: The Wood Effect

Diane and Michael used our extremely realistic Rustic Wood Oak Tiles to transform the dull concrete floor space in their kitchen area. These lives are alive with a textured wood-grain print, with raised knots and a crinkled, creased surface.

3) Vintage Bathroom Makeover

Amanda used our Blanco Marble Hexagon Mosaic Tiles to give her bathroom floor a chic and stylish honeycomb makeover, which won't date, and will look fantastic for years to come. On the walls, she used White Rhian 300x100 Tiles - adding a vintage finishing touch to her bathroom décor.

4) Metro Magic in the Bathroom

Ben used our Smooth Metro Tiles to transform hid dated decor into a smart, refreshed bathroom area. Top tip: Use black grout to make each individual tile stand out.

5) Brick by Brick: A Contemporary New Kitchen

Nick Monopoli used our sleek Black 200 x 100 Metro Tiles to transform his kitchen. He stripped off the boring plain white square tiles, and replaced them with our dark, glossy, bevelled brick-shaped alternatives. Metro Tiles make for a great splashback behind a cooker or hob, as Nick has shown.

6) Interesting Patterns: Getting Creative with Metro Tiles

Nicola Clark didn't want to go for the traditional brick-bond effect in her bathroom. Instead, she created room-stealing zig-zag stripes, using three different colours from our range of Smooth Metro 200x100 Tiles.

7) A Modernistic Kitchen Splashback

Nikki McWilliams used our stylish Smooth Metro 200x100 Tiles to create a splashback in her kitchen. Splashbacks are easily-wipeable surfaces which stand behind cookers or sinks, to catch any specks of pan fat or water; essentially wall protectors.

8) Statement Floor: Bathroom Galore

Sasha Murray invited our striking Estrellar Wood Effect Tiles into her bathroom. They brought the floor space to life with their eye-catching star-shaped designs, and mix of light and dark wood grain print.

9) The Louisa Charlotte Look

Eden Tiles are exclusive to Walls and Floors. They were designed by our in-house designer, Louisa Charlotte, and have a captivating floral vine effect crawling across their surface. Sheila Mayne used them in her bathroom, above her towel rack and radiator.

10) Moroccan Influence

Tamara Brooks used our powerful Zellij Tiles to bring her dull floors to life. They consist of a patchwork of Moroccan Arabesque encaustic-effect designs; perfect for transforming any interior floor space.
