Winner: Wall Tile of the Year – TTA Awards 2019

Run by The Tile Association, the TTA Awards is the leading awards ceremony in the UK tiling industry. Hundreds of tilers, retailers and suppliers attend each year. This year, we’re proud to announce that we have won the award for Wall Tile of the Year with our Mixx Metro Tile range.

Each year, tile retailers launch dozens of new wall tile collections into their stores and onto their websites. And all them hope and pray that they might be lucky enough to win the coveted Wall Tile of the Year award.

In 2019, we managed it, and are proud to say the title belongs to our Mixx Metro Tiles collection. Above, you can see Anna – our buyer – collecting the award on stage. Below, you can see the winning range in all its glory.

A range of bevelled brick tiles that pair together the likenesses of two different materials – be in concrete and wood, or wood and marble – these wall tiles tap into the popular ‘mixed materials’ trend and instantly created an eye-catching feature wall.

These brick shaped tiles can be applied in a number of different layouts – from traditional brick bond, through to striking herringbone.
