What is the slip rating on these? Are they suitable for a wet room?Our Advice

I have a hallway wich is 860mm x4300mm I am wondering which way I should lay the tiles. Would you recommend horizontal or vertical direction. I'm looking at laying them 1/3 designed pattern. Many thanks Richard Our Advice
