The Mahal Black Brushed Slate Tiles showcase the natural beauty of slate with a lightly brushed finish that highlights their unique texture. Due to the porosity of natural stone, they do require sealing. They need to be given a few coats before grouting and a further coat after to ensure they are well-protected. To keep the tiles their natural colour you can use the LTP Mattstone, but if you require to slightly deepen the colour, the LTP Colour Intensifier can be used as an alternative. To increase the longevity of the seal, ongoing maintenance and cleaning can be carried out using the LTP Waxwash.
