Hi Paul These tiles are glazed so do not require sealing. They do have a slightly rough texture to aid slip resistant the can make them slightly more difficult to clean. Colour wise it is entirely down to personal preference, but medium grey shades such as the Norcros 4 Into 1 Steel Grey tend to be the most popular, as it makes the tile stand out.
