I was very impressed with my experience of walls and floors The whole process was easy from start to finish I’ve ordered large heavy items before online and as soon as they mention it’s a kerbside delivery I panic as once a delivery was literally dumped on the kerb and I was unable to move it it was dangerous to passers by This time the delivery driver was so very kind and helpful He reversed up our gravel drive and did his absolute best to get the heavy tiles on a pallet as close to our front door as he could It was so kind and made such a huge difference to us You can buy things online from hundreds of retailers but it is the customer service that is most important to us The communication throughout the process was fab and the items were delivered on the correct day well within the time slot We were very impressed thank you

Hi, I ordered a full sample of the rustic red brick effect sample for our gas stove inset and really love it. Unfortunately due to structural problems they were only able to fit our stove mm’s from the back wall so it would be very difficult/ impossible to tile behind the fire! The tiler is happy to tile around it however but we’re wondering if you do these as individual tiles as opposed to multiple tiles on a slab which would make the job easier to do?
