The tiles are beautiful with a lovely textured finish, deep colour and lovely raku variety. We're not putting them up until the new year so no pics of them in situ yet. I gave a 5 for the tiles but am very disappointed with yesterday's delivery., not the driver who was great but the condition of the boxes. The plastic wrap was great and in one piece but when removed all the boxes were broken which means some of the tiles are. Walls and Floors will replace them but I have to go through each tile to check for any more breakages. I think just sending a replacement box would be better customer service.

Hi, The dimensions of the tile are rectangle, but the name and the photo are square. Are the actual tiles like the photos? And if they are square what's the size of one side please? Thanks, AlpOur Advice
